Cancellation and Exchange

1.1 Once an order has been placed through our website, you can cancel or modify your order by sending us an email.

1.2 Once an order has been packed, it can no longer be cancelled or changed; instead, the order must be returned to us as per Paragraph 10 below. Since our goods are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur, which are beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and return them to us. Of course, you can still inform us of your cancellation in advance. To guarantee the quickest return, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation. An early refund is only possible after 16 weeks from the date of the order if the goods are not received.

1.3 Since we operate with an automated system, orders are triggered immediately after submission. It is unfortunately not possible to interrupt the shipping process until delivery, meaning that a refund before receiving the goods is only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.


Returns and Refunds

2.1 Our return policies are part of these Terms and Conditions, under which you can access and use our website.

2.2 If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can send us an email informing us about the product to return and send the product back to us. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day you or a third party named by you (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the last product.

2.3 The return and costs must be covered and paid by the customer.

2.4 The product must be received by us in order for the customer to be entitled to a refund. We will inspect the returned product upon arrival.

2.5 You must ensure that the product is returned to us in the same condition in which it was received and properly packaged. The product must be unused, product labels must not be tampered with, and the product must be in its original packaging. If a product is returned in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the product. If a product is returned in a damaged condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return of the product.

2.6 Our processing time for returns depends on your order.

2.7 If we are satisfied with the condition of the returned product, we will send you an email approving your return. A refund will be issued shortly to the payment method used for the order after we have sent you a notification about the approval of your return. There is no fee for storing the product.

2.8 The cancellation is complete once the physical product has been received by us.

Steps for Cancellation

  1. Please request the cancellation form from our support and return it filled out, signed, and scanned to us.

  2. Send the goods to our adress (you will get it via e-mail)

Please use a return method with a tracking number so that we can associate your return with the correct order. This way, you will inform us in advance about the return, and the received goods can be clearly assigned to the correct order. Only in this way can we guarantee a quick refund. Once the return is received, we will be notified, and the refund can be processed. Please use only a shipping method with a tracking number for the return, so we can assign your return correctly.
